Hygiene Hippie Clinic License Agreement

Licensor: Hygiene Hippie
Licensee: Purchasing clinic or organization (“Clinic”)

By purchasing and using Hygiene Hippie access codes, Clinic agrees to the terms of this Clinic License Agreement.

1. License Grant

Hygiene Hippie grants Clinic a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Hygiene Hippie application for staff training, parent education, and client independence support.

Each access code permits use on one device by a caregiver, staff member, or family associated with the Clinic.

2. Permitted Use

Clinic may:

• Distribute access codes to staff, caregivers, or families it serves

• Use Hygiene Hippie for training, modeling, and skill support

• Create and store its own videos, photos, and schedules within the app

Clinic may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access codes outside the Clinic

• Share access codes across unrelated organizations

• Use Hygiene Hippie as a diagnostic or clinical decision-making tool

3. Privacy & Data Practices

Hygiene Hippie is designed as a privacy-first system.

• No client names, emails, or personal identifiers are collected

• No photos or videos are uploaded to Hygiene Hippie servers

• Media remains on the user’s device or their own cloud storage

• Hygiene Hippie stores only anonymous app structure data (e.g., task order, schedules, settings)

Clinic is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent for any media created or shared using the app.

4. Recovery IDs & Data Responsibility

Each user is provided a Recovery ID to restore app content if a device is lost or replaced.

• Clinic and users are responsible for saving Recovery IDs securely

• Lost Recovery IDs cannot be recreated

• Hygiene Hippie cannot recover lost schedules or media without a Recovery ID

Clinic and users are responsible for backing up any videos or photos used within the app.

5. Fees, Term & Refunds

• Access codes are licensed for the term specified at purchase

• Fees are due at the time of purchase

• All sales are final once access codes are issued

• Unused codes are not refundable

6. Clinical Disclaimer

Hygiene Hippie is a training and support tool, not a medical or clinical service.

• It does not replace clinical judgment, supervision, or individualized treatment planning

• Clinic remains fully responsible for treatment decisions, implementation, and outcomes

​

7. Intellectual Property

Hygiene Hippie retains all rights, title, and interest in the software platform.

Clinic retains ownership of any content it creates using the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hygiene Hippie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Clinic for the access codes

​

9. Termination

This license may be terminated if Clinic violates these terms. Upon termination, unused access codes become invalid.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hygiene Hippie operates.

​

11. Acceptance

By completing purchase and checking the acceptance box, Clinic acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to this Clinic License Agreement.
