This introductory CEU brings together the perspectives of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an Occupational Therapist (OT) to demystify sensory processing and its impact on behavior. Participants will learn the foundations of sensory processing, how to identify when a client may benefit from OT support, and how to describe sensory-related concerns in behavioral terms. Through collaborative discussion and practical examples, attendees will gain tools to enhance interdisciplinary communication and better support clients with sensory needs.
